Cassidy Christine Reyes was born in Fort Myers, Florida to Dr. Christine Dee-Reyes and Dr. Joseph Reyes. Her father is of Spanish-Portuguese descent and her mother is of German-Scottish descent. Cassidy's unyielding desire to pursue acting began when she was just 13 years old. However, it wasn't until her first intense and emotional role in a 2016 feature film that she realized her deep-rooted passion and love for acting. Cassidy dreamed of studying film and acting in college, however she chose to follow in the footsteps of her parents. After graduating college Magna Cum Laude in 2019, Cassidy attended medical school with the intentions of becoming a neuropsychiatrist. Early on, she came to the realization that acting was always her calling. She then left medical school to continue her acting career.
Cassidy was classically-trained at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and London's RADA. She has recently been featured in an AFI short film, the "electrifying dirty pop band" Sedona's upcoming music video, "Leaving the Chapel," and starred in her own comedic digital cooking series. She is featured in the Stonestreet Studios digital series "Paradise by the Dashboard Light," and co-wrote and produced the short film "Ghost Girl." Cassidy is also a partner in Rebel Casting, a street casting company. Recent campaigns have included the launch of Pleasure Ground clothing, KkCo and Toit Volant.
