"The Beach House" won Audience Choice Award at the Stony Brook Film Festival and both films were official selections of the Long Island International Film Festival. Newsday quoted him as the "Cecil B. DeMille of Long Island Film Making". Go With the Flo Films next film was "American Dresser" where Carmine once again wrote, directed, acted, and produced. The film was theatrically released and starred Oscar Nominee (Platoon) Tom Berenger, Keith David, and two time Oscar Nominee (Nebraska/Coming Home) Bruce Dern along with a supporting cast of Gina Gershon, Penelope Ann Miller, Katherine Narducci, and Jeff Fahey. The soundtrack features an original song written and performed by Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Billy F Gibbons (ZZ Top) and country rocker Tim Montana titled 'American Dresser". Go With The Flo Films continue to look towards the future with upcoming films "End of Report" (Drama/Mystery/Thriller), "Town of Wanted" (Western), and Cycle of Life, (Drama/Sport) .
Carmine Capobianco
Carmine Capobianco was born September 19, 1958 in Waterbury, Ct. He attended St. Mary's School (Alma Mater of Dylan McDermott), Sacred Heart High School and then graduated Western Connecticut State University with a degree in Photography, Film and Television. His film career began upon meeting Gorman Bechard and they raised money to shoot their first low-budget feature, Disconnected (1984). Shortly after making a video feature, Carmine and Gorman co-wrote the script and filmed Psychos in Love (1987). Charles Band, now of Full Moon Entertainment, purchased the rights and signed their film production company, Generic Films, to a four picture deal. They made two more before Charlie's company went under and Generic Films disbanded: Galactic Gigolo (1987) and Cemetery High (1988). Carmine went off on his own and dabbled for the next few years with small parts working on or in One Life to Live, an MTV video, a Hallmark Hall of Fame TV movie, commercials (ESPN), award-winning host of his own cable show and some small independent films such as Everything Moves Alone (2001) and The White Car. Carmine runs two video stores in Connecticut, has a few websites and is President of a non-profit organization called The Classic Movie Cinema. Carmine is married and has three beatiful daughters, Emily, Annie and Molly who share his enthusiasm for movies.
